Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including detailed medical histories and physical examinations, to diagnose health conditions based on Ayurvedic principles.
Treatment Planning and Management:
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing Ayurvedic therapies, herbal medicines, dietary recommendations, and lifestyle modifications.
Therapeutic Procedures:
Administer Ayurvedic procedures such as Panchakarma and other detoxification and rejuvenation therapies.
Patient Education:
Educate patients on Ayurvedic health practices, preventive care, and lifestyle adjustments to promote overall well-being.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide integrated and comprehensive patient care.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans and progress notes.
Quality Assurance:
Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution.
Valid license to practice Ayurveda.
Proficiency in Ayurvedic diagnostics and therapeutic procedures.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.
Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience required.
Candidates with 5 or more years of experience are highly preferred.
