Roles and Responsibilities of a BAMS Doctor

BBETTER, a newly established clinic in Kukatpally, Hyderabad, is seeking a highly experienced and dedicated

BAMS Doctor

to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 7-8 years of experience and be responsible for the day-to-day operations and patient care at our new facility. The role requires a sense of ownership and a proactive approach to building our patient base and reputation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

Patient Consultation and Care:

Conduct thorough patient consultations, taking detailed medical histories, and performing physical examinations to diagnose conditions based on Ayurvedic principles.

Treatment and Prescription:

Prescribe appropriate Ayurvedic medicines and therapies, including dietary and lifestyle recommendations, to effectively treat a wide range of ailments.

Clinic Management:

Take ownership of the clinic's operations, including maintaining an organized environment, managing patient records, and ensuring a smooth workflow.

Patient Education:

Educate patients on the principles of Ayurveda, their specific conditions, and the importance of adhering to treatment plans for optimal health outcomes.

Building the Practice:

Actively contribute to the growth of the clinic by providing excellent patient care, fostering positive relationships with patients, and helping to build a strong reputation in the community.

Collaboration:

Work collaboratively with other staff to ensure seamless patient experience and high-quality care.

Record Keeping:

Maintain accurate and confidential patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and prescriptions.
