Job Vacancy: BAMS Doctor NICU Expert Location: Ladwa, Haryana Position Overview:We are seeking a skilled and dedicated BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) Doctor with expertise in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) to join our medical team at our facility in Ladwa, Haryana. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in neonatal care, excellent diagnostic skills, and a passion for providing high-quality healthcare to newborns in the NICU. Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized medical care to newborns in the NICU, ensuring their health and well-being.
• Conduct thorough medical examinations, assessments, and evaluations of neonates\' health conditions.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on the needs of each patient.
• Monitor and manage neonatal patients, including administering medications, performing procedures, and coordinating care with other medical professionals.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment and technology to provide accurate diagnoses and treatment.
• Communicate effectively with parents/guardians, explaining medical conditions, treatment plans, and progress.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including nurses, pediatricians, and other specialists, to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for NICU patients.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in neonatal care and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) from a recognized institution.
• Valid medical license and registration from the appropriate medical council.
• Proven experience and expertise in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) care.
• Strong diagnostic skills and the ability to make informed medical decisions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with patients, families, and medical colleagues.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Compassionate, patient-centric approach to healthcare.
• Willingness to stay updated with advancements in neonatal medicine.
