Job Description

Conduct telephonic consultations with patients to understand symptoms and health history Suggest appropriate herbal remedies or Ayurvedic formulations based on diagnosis Maintain accurate records of consultations and follow-up advice Guide patients on dosage, diet, and lifestyle according to Ayurvedic principles Respond to patient queries with empathy, clarity, and professionalism Collaborate with internal team to ensure timely dispatch of prescribed medicines Provide regular follow-up consultation if required BAMS degree from a recognized institution (registration number must be valid) Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in Ayurvedic practice preferred Strong knowledge of herbal and classical Ayurvedic medicines Excellent communication skills in Hindi and basic English
