The doctor will be responsible for guiding guests through authentic Ayurvedic healing experiences, consultations, and wellness programs that emphasise balance, rhythm, and long-term wellbeing rather than symptomatic treatment.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct detailed Ayurvedic consultations (Prakriti & Vikriti analysis)
Prescribe and supervise Ayurveda therapies and wellness protocols
Design and monitor personalised wellness and rejuvenation programs
Guide Panchakarma and classical Ayurveda treatments (as applicable)
Work closely with therapists to ensure treatment authenticity and safety
Educate guests on lifestyle, diet, and seasonal routines (Dinacharya & Ritucharya)
Maintain basic medical records and wellness documentation
Uphold the spiritual, sattvic, and ethical standards of Vedantikala
Eligibility
Degree in
BAMS or BNYS
(mandatory)
Valid registration with respective medical council
Minimum
1-3 years
of clinical or wellness-centre experience preferred
Strong grounding in classical Ayurveda principles
Calm, compassionate, and guest-centric approach
Alignment with sattvic living, discipline, and conscious lifestyle
