Job Description

We are hiring for one of our clients, event management company. We are looking for

experienced staff

for various event-related roles:

1. Balloon Decorators

Skilled in balloon arches, organic garlands, backdrops, and themed decor.

2. Flower Decorators

Experience in fresh & artificial flower arrangements, stage setups, photo booths, etc.

3. Decoration Helpers / Setup Assistants

Helping with backdrop assembly, props handling, packing, loading and unloading.

4. Fog Machine Handlers

Operating fog machines safely during event entry and performances.

5. CO? Cold Shots / Entry Effects Handlers

Handling cold pyros, CO? guns, entry effects, and safety protocols.

6. Entry Handlers

Responsible for managing themed entries, props, coordination and timing during the event.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience

in event decoration or event management (Mandatory) Should have hands-on experience with balloons, flowers, props, setups, or event effects Ability to work at venues across Hyderabad Should be punctual, responsible, and team-oriented Ability to work early mornings, late nights, weekends and festive days (as events require) Must be physically fit to handle decor materials and stage setups Safety awareness for fog/cold shots handling is an added advantage

Responsibilities

Execute balloon and flower decor as per design Assist in setup, dismantling, and packing Safely operate fog machines, cold shots, and other entry equipment Ensure high-quality decor delivery on time Coordinate with team members and follow event schedules
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 1 day

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month
