Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate should have strong cooking skills, creativity, and the ability to maintain quality and consistency in food preparation. This role requires someone who can work independently and ensure smooth kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes as per company standards and recipes.

Ensure high-quality food presentation, taste, and consistency.

Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards in the kitchen at all times.

Manage kitchen inventory, stock, and daily preparation.

Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service.

Follow FSSAI and food safety guidelines.

Assist in menu development and introduce new dishes when required.

Monitor portion control and minimize food wastage.

Skills & Competencies

Strong cooking and food preparation skills.

Good knowledge of kitchen operations and food safety standards.

Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.

Team coordination and communication skills.

Creativity in food presentation and menu planning.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts (preferred).

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Chef or Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or food service industry.

Practical knowledge of kitchen equipment and food hygiene practices.

Candidates from the North East region will be given preference.
