Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Generation and Business Development:
Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and tasting sessions for potential clients.
Track sales targets and report on progress to the Sales Manager weekly.
2. Product Knowledge:
Maintain expert knowledge of the entire product, including breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and specialty items.
Effectively communicate product benefits, freshness standards, and storage requirements to clients.
Qualifications and Skills:
Experience:
Minimum of 6 Months of experience in
Food & Beverage, or Bakery
industry.
Skills:
Excellent Presentation, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Other:
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is a plus.
