Job Summary

The Bakery Retail Outlet Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations of the bakery retail outlet, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient staff performance, product quality, hygiene standards, and achievement of sales targets. The role acts as a link between management and frontline staff.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Store Management

Supervise daily opening and closing of the bakery outlet Ensure smooth retail operations, including display, sales, and customer flow Monitor product availability, freshness, and presentation Coordinate with production/kitchen teams for timely supply of bakery items

Staff Supervision & Training

Supervise, schedule, and assign duties to retail staff Train new employees on product knowledge, customer service, and hygiene standards Monitor staff performance and provide feedback Ensure staff adherence to company policies and grooming standards

Customer Service

Ensure high-quality customer service at all times Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally Build positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business

Sales & Inventory Management

Monitor daily sales, upselling, and promotional activities Track inventory levels and minimize wastage and stock losses Conduct stock counts and place replenishment orders as required

Hygiene, Safety & Compliance

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards Maintain cleanliness of the retail area, equipment, and displays Ensure health and safety regulations are followed by all staff

Reporting & Administration

Prepare daily sales and cash reports Monitor expenses and support cost-control initiatives Report operational issues to management

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
