Job Summary:

We are looking for dedicated and hardworking male candidates to join our Bakery Production Team at our Fulbari, Siliguri facility. The role involves assisting in the preparation, baking, and packaging of bakery products while maintaining hygiene and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the production and baking of bread, cakes, pastries, cookies, and other bakery items. Measure, mix, and prepare ingredients as per standard recipes. Operate and maintain bakery machinery (mixers, ovens, dough sheeters, etc.). Monitor baking processes to ensure quality, texture, and taste consistency. Follow proper hygiene, safety, and sanitation protocols in the production area. Support in packaging, labeling, and storing finished products. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. Assist in daily production reports and inventory tracking.

Requirements:

Gender:

Male (mandatory)

Education:

Minimum 10th pass or above.

Experience:

0-10 years in bakery/food production preferred. Freshers may also apply.

Skills:

Basic knowledge of bakery processes. Ability to work in a team and follow instructions. Physically fit and willing to work in shifts. Attention to detail and commitment to hygiene standards.

Working Conditions:

Shift-based work (Morning/Evening/Night as per schedule). Factory environment with temperature variations. Uniform and safety gear provided by the company.

Salary:

As per industry standards

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
