Job Description

The Bakery Production Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily bakery operations, ensuring efficient production, consistent product quality, and compliance with food safety standards. This role manages production staff, coordinates schedules, monitors inventory, and drives continuous improvement to meet customer demand and company objectives.

Key Responsibilities:



Supervise, train, and motivate bakery production staff to achieve performance and quality standards. Plan and coordinate daily production schedules to meet demand while minimizing waste. Monitor baking processes to ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation of products. Enforce food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety regulations (HACCP, GMP, OSHA, etc.). Manage raw material and ingredient inventory; coordinate with procurement to prevent shortages. Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation. Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions. Support new product development and ensure smooth scaling from trial to full production. Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
