Bakery & Pastry Chefs

(Commis I, II, III / DCDP / CDP) to join our talented culinary team in Mumbai. We're looking for creative, passionate, and detail-oriented professionals who excel in baking and dessert preparation.

Responsibilities:

Prepare breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts as per recipes and quality standards Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety in the bakery & pastry section Assist in new dessert development and menu innovation Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation

Requirements:

Experience in bakery and pastry operations preferred Relevant culinary or pastry certification Strong attention to detail and creativity Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
