Responsibilities:
Oversee daily bakery operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management through software.
Maintain high-quality standards for products and customer service.
Manage orders, production timelines, and ensure timely product availability
Monitor food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and special orders
Track performance metrics and report to ownership/upper management
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a bakery or food production environment (2+ years preferred)
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
