We are looking for a highly trustworthy and experienced Senior Assistant to support our chef and ensure smooth operations at our Bakery. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience, a strong work ethic, and a focus on operational efficiency, inventory management, and cost-effective procurement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist the chef in daily food preparation, plating, and ensuring hygiene standards are upheld.

- Provide regular, detailed reports to management on operational activities, including performance updates, challenges, and improvements.

- Conduct thorough market research to source groceries and food items at the most feasible cost, maintaining quality standards.

- Oversee stock levels, ensuring timely ordering and restocking of ingredients and supplies to avoid shortages.

- Ensure the smooth running of kitchen and outlet operations, identifying and implementing opportunities for efficiency.

- Uphold the highest level of trust, integrity, and responsibility in all duties, ensuring confidentiality and loyalty to the business.

Requirements:

- 5-10 years of experience in food outlet management or a similar role.

- Expertise in market research, inventory control, and cost management.

- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

- Highly trustworthy, reliable, and detail-oriented, with a focus on operational excellence.

- Ability to work independently while supporting the overall goals of the outlet.
