We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Bakery Manager to oversee daily bakery operations, ensure product quality, manage staff, control costs, and deliver an excellent customer experience. The role bridges production, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bakery operations and staff scheduling
Ensure consistent quality, freshness, and presentation of all bakery products
Coordinate with Head Baker/Chef for production planning
Monitor inventory, procurement, and vendor coordination
Control food cost, wastage, and overall P&L targets
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and FSSAI standards
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery
Track daily sales, reports, and operational KPIs
Implement SOPs and ensure team adherence
Support new product launches and promotional activities
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience as a Bakery Manager / Cafe Manager / Store Manager
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Good understanding of bakery production and operations
Financial acumen (costing, inventory, basic P&L)
Customer-centric mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
