Key Responsibilities
Operations & Management
Manage complete day-to-day bakery operations
Handle opening and closing procedures
Ensure smooth workflow during peak hours
Monitor inventory, raw material usage, and wastage
Staff Management
ssign duties and ensure productivity
Maintain discipline, punctuality, and teamwork
Train staff on SOPs, hygiene, and customer service
Production & Quality Control
Ensure consistent product quality, taste, and presentation
Coordinate with chefs/bakers for daily production planning
Ensure FIFO practices and proper storage
Hygiene & Compliance
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety
Ensure compliance with FSSAI and local regulations
Conduct regular hygiene and safety checks
Sales & Customer Experience
Ensure excellent customer service at all times
Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally
Support promotions, offers, and new product launches
Monitor daily sales and suggest improvements
Reporting
Maintain daily sales, attendance, and stock reports
Coordinate with management for operational updates
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bakery Manager / Store Manager
Strong leadership and team-handling skills
Knowledge of bakery operations, production flow, and hygiene standards
Ability to work long hours, weekends, and holidays if required
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Basic computer knowledge (billing, inventory, reports)
