Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake

savory bakery items

, including:

Breads:

Milk Bread, Multigrain Bread, Focaccia, Garlic Bread, Korean Garlic Buns

Savory Snacks:

Cheese bread rolls, Garlic bread loaf Assist in

dessert preparation

as per production schedule, including: Bombolinis Cookies Brownies Follow daily

baking schedules

to ensure timely production. Maintain

high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness

in the bakery section. Ensure

product freshness, consistency, and quality

at all times. Assist senior bakers in preparation, baking, and finishing tasks. Coordinate with

cafe and continental kitchen teams

for service and production requirements. Proper handling and storage of raw materials and finished products.

Requirements:

Basic knowledge of

bakery and savory products

. Previous experience in a bakery or hotel kitchen preferred. Ability to work in

early morning shifts and under pressure

. Team player with willingness to learn and follow instructions.
