Lead, train, and manage kitchen staff to maintain high standards.

Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Monitor inventory, control costs, and reduce waste.

Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.

Work with management to create new concepts, specials, and promotions.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sous Chef in a busy kitchen.

Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards.

Ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.

Creativity and passion for delivering exceptional food experiences.
