Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts Develop new recipes and seasonal menu items Ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the baking area Monitor inventory and order baking supplies as needed Train and supervise junior baking staff Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with kitchen and management teams Manage baking schedules and production timelines Operate and maintain baking equipment
