Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Menu Planning & Product Development

Develop new bakery and pastry items (cakes, breads, cookies, desserts). Modify recipes based on customer feedback and seasonal demand.

Production Management

Oversee daily production targets and workflow. Ensure timely preparation and consistent quality of all bakery items.

Team Supervision

Train, guide, and manage junior bakers, assistants, and helpers. Delegate work and maintain a positive kitchen culture.

Inventory & Cost Control

Manage raw material stocks (flour, butter, sugar, chocolate, etc.). Control wastage and maintain cost efficiency.

Hygiene & Safety

Enforce cleanliness and food safety standards (FSSAI guidelines). Maintain kitchen equipment and ensure safety compliance.

Quality & Presentation

Monitor taste, texture, and presentation of bakery products. Maintain brand consistency and innovation.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?135,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
