3+ years of professional baking experience in a bakery, cafe, or hotel kitchen.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dough fermentation, pastry work, and oven operation.
Prepare a daily selection of baked goods including breads, croissants, muffins, cakes, cookies, tarts, and more.
Develop new recipes and seasonal items in coordination with the management team.
Oversee dough preparation, proofing, baking, and finishing of all bakery items.
Monitor ingredient inventory, manage stock rotation, and assist in ordering supplies.
