Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and other baked goods.
Develop and test new bakery recipes and seasonal menu items.
Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and presentation of all bakery items.
Manage daily production schedules to meet customer and business demands.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bakery area according to food safety standards.
Monitor inventory and order raw materials such as flour, butter, sugar, and yeast.
Control food costs and minimize wastage.
Supervise and train junior bakers and assistants.
Ensure equipment is maintained and functioning properly.
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely delivery of bakery products.
