Prepare breads, pastries, donuts, cookies, croissants, and other baked goods
Oversee dough mixing, lamination, proofing, and baking processes
Create new recipes and maintain product quality
Manage daily production quantities and consistency
Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all baking areas
Monitor ingredient inventory and manage procurement
Ensure compliance with food safety standards
Train junior bakers and support staff
Achieve targets for production, wastage control, and timely output
Requirements
Proven experience as a Bakery Chef or Baker
Strong understanding of bakery techniques (breads, laminations, pastries)
Ability to handle large production volumes
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and FSSAI guidelines
Creativity in developing new bakery items
Ability to work early morning shifts
Excellent time management and attention to detail
