Key responsibilities
Prepare and bake breads, buns, cookies, dry cakes, and other bakery items.
Follow standard recipes, weights, and baking times.
Maintain taste, texture, and appearance every day.
Plan daily production based on sales forecast.
Handle dough mixing, shaping, proofing, and baking.
Monitor oven temperatures and baking quality.
Maintain hygiene, food safety, and kitchen discipline.
Reduce wastage and control raw material usage.
Check freshness and shelf life of all products.
Train helpers and junior bakers.
Keep work area clean and organized.

Strong baking and dough-handling skills.
Good understanding of ingredients and techniques.
Time management and speed.

Ability to work early mornings and long hours.
