Job Description

Core responsibilities

Production:

Prepare and bake a variety of goods such as cakes, cookies, pastries, and breads, using both traditional and modern recipes.

Creativity:

Develop and test new recipes and seasonal menus to keep offerings fresh and exciting.

Decoration:

Decorate pastries, cakes, and desserts using various techniques with icings, glazes, and toppings to ensure an attractive presentation.

Quality control:

Ensure consistency in taste, texture, and quality across all baked goods.
Management and operations

Inventory and ordering:

Monitor stock levels of ingredients and equipment, and place timely orders as needed.

Staff supervision:

Train and mentor junior bakers and pastry assistants, and supervise staff to ensure professional conduct.

Hygiene and safety:

Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary baking area, and ensure all operations adhere to health and safety regulations.

Equipment:

Operate and maintain baking equipment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
