Skills and Qualifications: Baking Expertise: Proficiency in various baking techniques, including dough handling, pastry making, and cake decorating. Creative Skills: Ability to develop and execute innovative recipes and presentations, with a keen eye for detail. Organizational Skills: Ability to manage inventory, prioritize tasks, and maintain a clean and organized workspace. Communication Skills: Effectively communicating with team members, customers, and suppliers. Food Safety Knowledge: Understanding and adhering to food safety regulations and hygiene standards. Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy items, and work in a fast-paced environment.
