Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and creative

Bakery Chef

with 5-8 years of experience in artisan and commercial baking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods, developing new recipes, and ensuring consistency and excellence in production at our central bakery facility in Jigani.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare a wide variety of baked goods including breads, cookies, cakes, and specialty desserts. Plan and execute daily production schedules as per demand forecasts. Maintain quality, consistency, and presentation of all bakery items. Innovate and test new bakery products in collaboration with the R&D or Head Chef. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and coordinate with the procurement team for timely replenishment. Ensure proper hygiene and safety standards are followed at all times. Train and supervise junior bakers and support staff. Maintain and calibrate bakery equipment regularly for optimal performance.

Key Skills Required:

Expertise in baking techniques (artisan, commercial, laminated dough, sourdough, etc.) Creative flair for recipe development and presentation. Strong understanding of ingredient functionality and food safety practices. Ability to manage a team and meet production timelines. Attention to detail and high standards of quality.

Educational Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Bakery & Patisserie / Culinary Arts / Hotel Management Additional certifications in Baking or Pastry Arts is a plus

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
