Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of baked items such as breads, rolls, pancakes, waffles, muffins, and flatbreads
Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards
Manage daily baking schedules to align with service requirements
Monitor stock levels of baking ingredients and assist with ordering
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery section
Prepare weekly and monthly reports on ingredient consumption and production
Collaborate with the kitchen team on menu items and breakfast offerings
Requirements:
Proven experience as a baker or in a similar role
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and dough preparation
Ability to work early mornings and maintain punctuality
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards
Attention to detail, consistency, and time management skills
