Job Opening: Bakery Chef - Gurugram

About the Role

We are looking for an

innovative and skilled Chef

with expertise in

healthy snack & protein bar preparation

. The candidate will work in a production facility to develop and standardize recipes for a new protein bar brand.

Responsibilities

Develop high-quality

protein bar recipes

with a balance of taste & nutrition Work with nutritionists/management on

macro-friendly formulations

Oversee

production trials

and ensure consistency Maintain

food safety & hygiene standards

Innovate new flavors/variations for market launch
Requirements

Experience in

bakery / healthy food / snacks / protein bars / nutrition-based recipes

Knowledge of ingredients like whey protein, oats, seeds, nuts, natural sweeteners
Ability to work in a

factory/production setup

Creative mindset with

R&D skills

Based in/ready to relocate to

Gurugram
