Responsibilities:
Prepare, bake, and present bakery items such as cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and desserts.
Handle daily production planning and maintain quality, taste, and presentation standards.
Ensure hygiene, cleanliness, and proper food-safety practices in the kitchen.
Manage inventory of baking ingredients and coordinate with the manager for timely procurement.
Innovate and introduce new bakery items as per customer trends and feedback.
Maintain equipment, ovens, and baking tools in proper working condition.
Requirements:
Knowledge of basic and advanced baking techniques.
Ability to work efficiently during peak hours.
Strong attention to detail and creativity in presentation.
Prior experience in bakery, cafe, or restaurant preferred.
