Summary:


The Bakery Chef creates a variety of baked goods including breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts while supervising the bakery team and ensuring high quality and food safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare and bake a range of bakery products according to standard recipes and quality specifications. Innovate new baking items and seasonal specialty products to enhance menu offerings. Train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of junior bakery staff. Maintain inventory of baking supplies and order ingredients as needed. Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, food safety, and sanitation regulations in the bakery. Operate and maintain bakery equipment, troubleshooting issues promptly. Manage production schedules to meet sales needs efficiently. Collaborate with the kitchen and management to coordinate bakery product availability.

Employer Requirements:



Certified training or diploma in bakery or pastry arts preferred. 3 years+ experience as a bakery chef or pastry cook in a professional bakery or hotel. Strong pastry skills, creativity, and attention to detail. Ability to coach and motivate a small team. Good time management and organizational skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
