Chef de Partie - Bakery

to join our dynamic culinary team.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, bake, and present a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and desserts with consistency. Assist in menu planning and creation of new bakery items. Train and supervise junior staff (Commis/DCDP) in bakery operations. Maintain recipe standards, portion control, and manage wastage effectively. Ensure proper storage, stock rotation, and requisition of raw materials. Uphold high standards of hygiene, food safety, and sanitation in the bakery. Work closely with the Head Chef and Pastry Chef to innovate and elevate guest experience.

Requirements

3-5 years of professional experience in bakery & pastry (restaurant/hotel/bakery setup). Strong knowledge of artisan breads, viennoiserie, cakes, desserts, and modern bakery trends. Diploma/Degree in Bakery & Pastry/Hotel Management preferred. Leadership skills with the ability to guide a team. Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for excellence.
