The ideal candidate will specialize in preparing breads, pastries, desserts, and baked goods while ensuring creativity, consistency, and top-notch quality.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, bake, and decorate a variety of breads, cakes, pastries, and desserts.
Develop new bakery recipes and seasonal specials to enhance the menu.Ensure proper portioning, presentation, and freshness of all bakery items.
Manage bakery inventory, ingredients, and equipment efficiently.Maintain high standards of hygiene, food safety, and kitchen cleanliness.
Train and guide bakery assistants or junior staff when required.Collaborate with the Executive Chef / Management to design bakery offerings for events and daily service.Requirements:
Proven experience as a Bakery Chef / Pastry Chef in a reputed restaurant, hotel, or bakery.Strong knowledge of baking techniques, dessert preparation, and modern trends.
Creativity in presentation and recipe innovation
.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.Culinary / Bakery diploma or certification preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
