Develop and standardize recipes for training purposes.
Innovate modern and traditional bakery products.
Ensure recipes suit various skill levels (basic to advanced).

Classroom & Kitchen Management
Prepare ingredients, tools, and equipment before each class.
Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
Monitor student activities and ensure proper food handling.

Student Evaluation & Support
Assess student progress through practical and written tests.
Provide feedback and support to help students improve.
Motivate and inspire students to pursue careers in baking and pastry arts.
5.
Event & Competition Preparation
Train students for bakery competitions or internal school events.
Help organize bakery exhibitions, live demos, and workshops.
6.
Inventory & Supplies
Manage stock of ingredients and materials used in training.
Coordinate with suppliers and ensure quality control of raw materials.
