Job Description

A Bakery Chef is responsible for all aspects of a bakery's production, from preparing various baked goods to managing inventory and ensuring food safety standards. They may also develop new recipes, train staff, and contribute to menu planning.

Skills and Qualifications:

Culinary experience:

Extensive experience in baking and pastry arts.

Recipe knowledge:

Familiarity with a wide range of recipes and baking techniques.

Food safety:

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.

Inventory management:

Strong inventory management skills.

Communication skills:

Ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers.

Leadership skills:

Ability to train, supervise, and motivate junior staff.

Creativity and innovation:

Ability to develop new recipes and menu items.

Attention to detail:

Ability to ensure consistent quality and presentation of baked goods. Education : Degree in Bakery/ Diploma in Bakery and confectionery Work Experience : minimum internship/ previous job of 6 month-1 year in bakery kitchen with knowlege of cake making, frosting, cookies, cake decoration

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
