Prepare and bake fresh bakery items including breads, rolls, pastries, cakes, cookies, and muffins
Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency
Ensure proper fermentation, baking temperatures, and presentation standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of bakery area as per FSSAI/food safety standards
Monitor stock levels of raw materials and place requisitions on time
Minimize wastage and ensure cost control in daily production
Handle bakery equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and slicers safely
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely production and service
Time management and multitasking skills
