About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Bakery & Cafe Manager
to oversee day-to-day operations, manage staff, maintain service quality, and ensure an excellent customer experience. The candidate should have strong experience in bakery, cafe, or QSR operations with a focus on team handling and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily operations of the
bakery & cafe
, ensuring smooth workflow across kitchen and service.
Supervise staff scheduling, training, and team performance.
Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and satisfying experience.
Oversee inventory, stock ordering, vendor coordination, and cost control.
Monitor sales, maintain reports, and assist in achieving revenue targets.
Ensure food safety, hygiene compliance, and quality consistency.
Handle guest feedback, resolve issues, and improve service efficiency.
Support new menu launches, promotions, and special offers.
Maintain store cleanliness, ambience, and display standards.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum
5+ years of experience
in a bakery, cafe, QSR, or hospitality management role.
Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
Good understanding of bakery & cafe products, customer service, and store operations.
Knowledge of POS systems, billing, cash handling, and basic reporting.
Ability to multitask, manage pressure, and deliver excellent service.
Strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and attention to detail.
Salary Package
:
?30,000 - ?35,000 per month (CTC)
