We're looking for a passionate and detail-oriented
Baker's Assistant
to join the
Cookie Cartel
team! This role involves supporting daily baking operations, preparing ingredients, shaping dough, assisting in baking, and maintaining a clean, organized kitchen environment. You'll work closely with our head baker to help produce our signature handmade cookies. The ideal candidate is reliable, enthusiastic about baking, and able to work in a fast-paced kitchen. Previous experience is a bonus but not required we're happy to train the right person. If you love cookies and enjoy hands-on work, we'd love to hear from you!
