Key Responsibilities:
Baking & Pastry Production
Prepare and bake a wide variety of breads, pastries, cakes, cookies, and desserts.
Innovate and develop new recipes and seasonal dessert menus.
Ensure consistent quality, portion control, and presentation of all baked items.
Decorate and finish cakes, pastries, and plated desserts professionally.
Planning & Inventory
Plan daily production schedules based on menus, orders, or buffet requirements.
Monitor inventory and order supplies for the bakery and pastry section.
Minimize food waste through efficient batch production and storage.
Kitchen Management
Supervise junior bakers and pastry assistants.
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bakery section.
Maintain equipment and report any maintenance issues.
