Key Responsibilities:

Prepare, bake, and finish a variety of breads, pastries, cookies, and other baked goods Follow recipes and maintain consistency and quality standards Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers safely and effectively Maintain a clean and organized work area in compliance with food safety regulations Monitor inventory and assist with ordering ingredients as needed Assist with opening or closing bakery procedures

Requirements:

Previous baking or pastry experience preferred (but willing to train the right candidate) Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed Team player with good communication skills and a positive attitude
