Opening for Bakery & Pastry {Commis 1,2,3 & DCDP}

Key responsibilities For Commis (Bakery & Pastry)-

Preparation:

Prepare and portion ingredients by weighing, measuring, washing, and chopping.

Production:

Assist in the daily production of baked goods, following recipes and instructions accurately.

Hygiene and Maintenance:

Maintain high standards of personal and kitchen hygiene, clean equipment, remove hazards, and report defects to senior staff.

Storage and Labeling:

Properly store and label all food items, and complete daily temperature checks.

Support:

Support the pastry team and senior chefs, carrying out their reasonable requests and assisting in station duties.

Organization:

Keep the workstation clean, organized, and well-stocked.

Key responsibilities For DCDP (Bakery & Pastry)-

Production and preparation:

Assist in making a wide variety of baked goods, including pastries, cakes, cookies, and breads.

Quality control:

Ensure all products meet quality, taste, and presentation standards by following recipes and procedures.

Hygiene and safety:

Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in the kitchen and follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.

Inventory management:

Assist with stock control, including ordering supplies and monitoring ingredient expiry dates.

Team support:

Support the CDP and other team members, and train junior staff such as Commis chefs.

Kitchen operations:

Help with opening and closing procedures and carry out other duties as assigned.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
