Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Bakery & Pastry Chef Tutor for our institute in Kozhikode. The tutor will be responsible for preparing and delivering culinary training and hands-on demonstrations in bakery and pastry skills. Daily responsibilities include planning and facilitating classes, mentoring students, developing course materials, and ensuring the maintenance of hygiene and safety standards within the training kitchen. This is an on-site role requiring active involvement in fostering a professional learning environment aligned with hospitality industry standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 5+ years of hands-on industry experience in bakery & pastry
Teaching or training experience will be an added advantage
Proficiency in Bakery and Baking techniques
Skills in Food Preparation, specifically Pastry-making and related processes
Experience in creating Cookies, Breads, and other baked goods
Strong communication and teaching abilities
Previous experience in education or training is an added advantage
Certifications or qualifications in Culinary Arts, Bakery, or a related field
Commitment to maintaining high standards of kitchen hygiene and safety
Candidate native to Kerala or fluent in Malayalam.
