to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing a wide variety of bakery items, including artisanal breads, croissants, cheesecakes, and desserts that match our cafe's premium standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake fresh breads, croissants, pastries, cookies, and cakes daily
Follow and refine recipes to maintain consistency in flavor, texture, and presentation
Decorate and finish cakes and desserts with creativity and precision
Manage dough proofing, shaping, baking, and cooling processes
Monitor ingredient stock levels and assist with inventory management
Maintain a clean, hygienic, and organized baking environment
Coordinate with kitchen and service teams for timely order execution
Experiment with new recipes and contribute to seasonal menu updates
Skills & Requirements:
Hands-on experience with baking pastries, sourdough, laminated doughs, and cakes
Strong understanding of baking techniques, temperatures, and proofing times
Ability to follow recipes while also contributing creative variations
Familiarity with bakery equipment (mixers, proofers, deck ovens, etc.)
Good time management and multitasking skills
Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
