Location: Siliguri, Darjeeling, Gangtok

Department: Production - Bakery, Confectionery & Continental

Open Positions

1. Sr. Chef de Partie (Sr. CDP) - Continental / Bakery & Confectionery

Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in production kitchens Expertise in continental cuisine or bakery & confectionery items Ability to lead a section, train team members, and maintain production quality standards

2. Production Assistant / Associate - Continental / Bakery & Confectionery

1-3 years of relevant experience Assist in daily production activities while ensuring consistency and quality Support senior chefs in food preparation, baking, and presentation

3. Production Trainee - Bakery & Confectionery

Freshers with culinary degree/diploma or internship experience can apply Passion for learning bakery & confectionery production Opportunity to work with expert chefs and grow in a professional kitchen environment

4. Cake Specialist / Designer - Bakery & Confectionery

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in customized/designer cake making Skilled in modern cake designs, fondant work, and innovative presentations Strong creative flair with attention to detail and finishing
