We are looking for a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in baking and a keen interest in delivering high-quality pastries and beverages. You will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked goods and making bubble tea drinks, ensuring that each product meets our high standards of quality and authenticity.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, desserts and cakes according to established recipes.
Ensure the consistency and quality of baked goods through precise measurements and baking techniques.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and workstations.
Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and menu items.
Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed to ensure efficient operations.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations and food handling procedures.
Assist in the decoration and presentation of baked goods to enhance visual appeal.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering questions and fulfilling special requests.
Requirements:
Prior experience as a baker or in a similar role is compulsory.
Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
Ability to work with fondant.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality baked goods and beverages.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift heavy ingredients and equipment.
