Prepare bakery items: patties, puffs, cookies, brownies, mini pizzas
Assist in cake preparation (cream work, finishing, decoration)
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene inside the kitchen
Manage baking equipment and daily production
Ensure fresh stock and reduce wastage
Requirements
Experience in bakery/pastry preferred
Basic knowledge of ovens & baking techniques
Ability to work independently and handle rush hours
Good hygiene & discipline
