to lead the culinary operations of our bakery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bakery and patisserie arts, an innovative mindset, and a passion for creating both classic and modern baked items
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a diverse bakery menu, including cakes, donuts,breads, cookies, pastries, and speciality desserts
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
Experiment with new recipes and seasonal offerings.
Monitor kitchen inventory and place orders for ingredients and supplies.
Train and manage kitchen assistants or junior chefs.
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and comply with food safety regulations.
Customise products for special occasions (birthdays, weddings, festivals, etc.).
Requirements:
Proven experience as Baker in a commercial bakery.
Expertise in both Indian and international bakery items is an asset
Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Creative flair and attention to detail.
Strong leadership and time management skills.
Culinary degree or bakery certification is a plus too if you have.
Able to work in evening time till closing.

Pay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 30 per week
