About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in artisanal breads, or cafe-style bakes, with a strong commitment to quality, consistency, and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare and bake a variety of breads, savouries, and cafe-style items Manage dough preparation, proofing, shaping, and baking processes Ensure consistent quality, taste, and presentation Maintain daily production schedules and meet cafe demand Monitor inventory, manage raw materials, and coordinate with suppliers Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the baking area Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cafe SOPs Assist in developing new products and seasonal specials Handle equipment with care and report maintenance issues promptly

Requirements

1-3 years of experience as a Baker (artisan or commercial preferred) Strong understanding of baking techniques, ingredients, and ratios Ability to work early morning shifts Attention to detail and commitment to quality Good time management and organisational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
