Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Baker to join our team at our bakery located in Najafgarh. The ideal candidate should have a passion for baking and a strong background in producing high-quality baked goods.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of items including: Breads (white, multigrain, artisan, etc.), Cookies (various types and flavors), Sandwiches (including bread preparation and assembly) Ensure consistency and quality in all baked goods Monitor inventory of baking ingredients and supplies Follow standard recipes and create new recipes if required Operate and maintain baking equipment and ovens Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience working in a professional bakery Strong knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients Attention to detail and a passion for quality Good time management and organizational skills
