Job Description

We are looking for a Bakery Assistant to join our team and help oversee daily operations in our bakery. As the Bakery Assistant , you will work closely with the Bakery to ensure the smooth running of the bakery, maintain high standards of product quality, and deliver excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include supervising bakery staff, assisting with inventory management, ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, and helping to create a positive work environment. You will also be involved in training new employees, scheduling shifts, and addressing customer inquiries or concerns. The ideal candidate has previous experience in a bakery or food service environment, strong leadership skills, and a passion for baked goods. You should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced setting. This role requires flexibility, as you may be needed to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays.
